ABOUT US
The company started in 2017 with just Steven Harrison, a one person show doing small renovations and service work. Within 6 months he hired his first employee as he took on more renovations, service work and sub contracting work. As time went on he got busier and busier doing work for customers on new home builds. In 2020 he hired an apprentice which made a 3 person team. At this point he was doing new builds and started to take on commercial renovations, maintenance and work for a general contractor in Osoyoos at the same time increasing his workload and really becoming established. At the beginning of 2021 he was doing work for multiple general contractors with new builds and renovations, along with the commercial maintenance making them so busy he hired another journeyman making us a 4 person team. Currently we are a 4 person team taking on anything that comes at us, and we are always looking to expand our work load and team.

Residential
We do custom homes start to finish with home automation options, we can do anything from low budget to high end big budget homes, we do home renovations, service upgrades, to anything small such as adding a plug or troubleshooting issues.
Commercial
We do smaller projects start to finish, renovations, strata maintenance, led lighting upgrades with Fortis rebates as we are a recognized contractor for them.
Industrial
We have mainly done maintenance and continue to do so with motors, contactors, controls, lighting, or check ups.
